Disruption has a way of bringing things into complete focus because we need to get things done with the fewest amount of resources. When you get that right, that's when you get true alignment in your people, and in your teams because they can see a clear correlation between what they do every day and where your business is going.

On the show today, Margaret Heffernan, serial entrepreneur, author and named one of the “Top 100 Media Executives” by The Hollywood Reporter, shows us how globalization and pervasive communication technologies have moved our world from one that was complicated to one that is highly complex – and much less predictable.
